Careers · Internship Program

Four tracks. One application. A real deliverable at the end.

Search, filter, and apply below. You'll need to send your CV once before we can follow up with you.

Why intern here

You sit on the desk, not next to it.

Real alerts, real code

No sandboxed simulations — you work the same queues and repos as the full-time team.

A named mentor

Every intern is paired with a desk lead who reviews their work weekly, not just at the end.

A hiring track, not a dead end

Strong interns are considered for a role on the team. Offers can happen before the track ends.

Flexible hybrid schedule

Most tracks start on-site and shift to hybrid after month one, once you know the desk.

How it works

From application to your first deliverable.

01 · Apply

Sign in & apply

Sign in with Google, pick a track below, and send your CV with a short motivation note.

02 · Talk

30-minute call

A conversation with the desk lead about what you've built and what you want to learn.

03 · Onboard

Desk onboarding

Your first week is shadowing — real tickets, real alerts, a mentor next to you the whole time.

04 · Ship

Ship your deliverable

Every track ends with something real: a hardened service, a triaged log, a shipped feature.

Formation · Security Awareness

Training isn't just how interns start — it's something we run for clients too.

Every intern gets put through our internal awareness program in week one. Partner companies book the same program for their own teams — because the biggest hole in most security setups is still a person clicking the wrong link.

Awareness Workshops

Live, scenario-based sessions on today's real threats — not a slideshow nobody remembers by Friday.

Phishing Simulations

Real-looking phishing campaigns sent to your team, with results that show exactly who needs a second look.

Attack Simulations

We run a real-world attack against your own infrastructure and show you exactly where it would've gotten in.

Cyber Escape Room

Teams solve a live attack scenario together, badges and all — the training people actually talk about after.

Cyber Card Game

A card-based format built around attack scenarios and quick defensive calls — built to get people talking, fast.

Cyber Quiz

Short, sharp knowledge checks that make it easy to measure what actually stuck after a session.

Before you apply

Questions, answered.

Do I need to apply with a CV?

Yes — email your CV and a short note to careers@qartaj.tn, or use the Apply link on any track above. No account or password needed.

Can I ask a question instead of applying?

Yes — just email us. Ask about the role, the team, or logistics; someone from the desk will get back to you.

What CV formats do you accept?

PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 10 MB.

Where will I work?

Most tracks are based in our Tunis office with a hybrid option after the first month. This is noted per track above.

Is there a stipend?

Yes, all tracks are paid. We discuss the exact amount on the intro call, since it varies slightly by track and duration.

What happens after the internship ends?

Strong interns may get a full-time offer. Everyone gets a reference and a real deliverable for their portfolio either way.
